Bass fishing boats are the boats utilized in the sport of angling for the North American gamefish named black bass. Their various species include largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides), smallmouth bass (Micropterus dolomieui), spotted bass or Kentucky bass (Micropterus punctatus), Guadalupe bass (Micropterus treculii), and many other. Biologically speaking, they come from the sunfish family (Centrarchidae: order Perciformes).
Lately bass fishing has very fast developed as a multi-billion dollar industry. Hence there has sprung up a great demand for the fishing gear, including rods, reels, lines, lures, electronic depth and fish-finding instruments, drift boats, float tubes, and specialized bass fishing boats.
